Samsung: The following phones getting Android Oreo updates

XDA got their hands on a complete Samsung list that shows which smartphone will get the latest Oreo update. There is however no guarantee that this reflects the reality which means Google could change the list at any time.

The list was extracted from a Oreo release, the framework-res contained a XML file which listed the following devices.

Nothing is confirmed until Samsung makes a public statement on the matter but I see no argument why this could be a hoax, it was integrated into the framework so it would make sense that the mentioned smartphones really getting the Oreo update.

Let me know if you’re device is on the list and if you immediately update your smartphone or if you wait for another release. Or do you use another ROM like LineageOS? Let me know in the comments section.
